Mail account disconnected... — Nokia 9210 and 9290

I have the following problem with 9210i (ver. 3.62):

Trying to retrieve email from a corporate exhange server. RAS connection works perfectly. Mail account settings (IMAP4) have been checked many times and should be ok.

Going to Messaging, selecting the correct service, Retrieve mail, Establishing network connection via 'RAS', Cconnecting to 'exchange server', connecting, connecting, connecting... but instead of "Updating inbox" I get:

"Mail account disconnected. Mail account has been idle for the user-specified time."

Any ideas what is this message indicating?

I was facing the same problem, simply re-create the e-mail account and it will work , Also try to put Ip addresses of mails servers as an alternate solution. one of them or both will deffinatly work

It appears I was given the details of a wrong exchange server... The bastards...
