To transfer numbers from one phone to another i did it this way:

1) Use old phone and connect to pc (bluetooth with old 3650) sync all information between the two so pc now has all my calander and contacts.

2) Setup new phone, connect to pc and again sync, all contacts and calendar were transfered to phone.

With a 3650 it was impossible to use any form of backup as it uses its own nokia suite compared to issue 6.5 which is now used for the 3230.
