I had problem before viewing web browser (when press "web" key,shows above error code), then I've backed up my data and brought my phone to reflush firmware. After I received my phone, everything worked fine (we also), then I put MMCard to restore previous back up, and now, same again. Web is not working, same error message.
Someone have any advice? To undo maybe back up restoration? or? how can I reset my phone? I tried ctrl+shift+f but cannot format my phone.

Probably you have some corrupt data in your backup. Are you pressing ctrl+shift+f before the hand shake to format?
Yes,I am pressing when NOKIA logo starts, and before handshake..but not working 😞
You have to press and *hold* ctrl+shift+F for a while just after you insert the battery. Just try it a few times. It does work.
No, it didn't work, when NOKIA is appearing, I 'm pressing & holding ctrl+shift+f until the desktop is shown, but nothing..I've tried millions of time.. Any other idea for formating?

Are you sure you are quick enough? You have to press ctrl+shift+F right after the battery has been reinserted... There is no other way of formatting that I'm aware of.
