Will Nokia charge me for the 9210 ROM upgrade? What about those people who have already upgraded their systems? Did they pay?

You dont have to pay!!. youre phone has warranty 12 months from day you buy it, as you know. software upgrade and others goes to warranty if you have not dropped your phone and there is no water damage.
