One more thing that goes wrong! Some of my command button (button on the right of the inside screen) don't respond. I have to press sometimes more than 10 times for example for the the "exit" button or the "write message" button to respond. I did not install any new application lately on my 9500..... Anybody has a tips?
Command buttons don't work
Seems like a hardware problem. Your only option then is to get it fixed/replaced. But in case it has to do with software, you might wan't to try a format/hard reset first.
