HELP! Beep sound every 3-4 secs

For some reason when I play mp3s (full length songs) on my 6260, there's this weird beep sound every 3-4 secs. It's really annoying and I was wondering if anyone knows what the problem is? The mps are 192 kbit. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks

PS. For some reason, those 30 secs mp3 ringtones that I downloaded on the net is perfectly fine when i play them. It's just the full length songs that i transfer using the usb card reader provided when I bought the phone.

I found a similar problem with mp3 playback on the 6260.

It has to do with the bitrate,

If you adjust the bitrate to 64 or less then the beeps disappear.

I use cool edit pro,
but I'm sure there must be freeware progammes that allow you to adjust the bitrate on mp3's.

It's kind of weird though because when I downloaded the 30secs mp3 ringtones (all in 128kbits) there were no beeps (sounds like pressing the keypad).
