What is Third party application?
The 3rd party is someone else than the phone manufacturer (the 1st party) or you (the 2nd party).
In other word, when any other developer (an ISV, Independent Software Developer) creates an application, it is 3rd party software.
And it still applies, if you'd like think you are the 1st party and the phone manufacturer is the 2nd party. 😉
