just got my new 6680 on 3 network , installed pc suite and then installed cable driver, when i then connect phone it seems to find the phone then it opens up new box saying problem with hardware? does nayone have an idea as to what is going wrong .
really need help asap

Ok can probably help.....are you using windows XP?
Where does this box appear is it on the taskbar as a little yellowy popup bubble?
It should find the phone then go through a series of add new hardware processes....ie installing the USB driver....then the Modem Driver...etc etc I can't remember the exact order......give me a little more info and I can help you out if I can 😊
