when i receive sms messages, the message alert does not sound and "1 new message" does not appear on the screen, only the message envelope on the upper right corner of the screen appears. when i get missed calls, it also won't register, so i have to check the log.
i encountered this problem a week ago.in addition to this problem, whenever i use the camera, the message "temporary overload.continue" appears, alternating with "hardware failure...", so i backed up my phone, formatted it using *#7370#, then restored my phone using the pc suite. the phone went back to normal but after only a few days, the problem came back (message retrieval). the camera problem appears to have been fixed.
i want to reformat my phone again but i want to back it up first through the pc suite, hoping that it will solve the problem. problem is, backup does not get completed because of an "unexpected error, try Backup again". i click on "backup" continuously but it still wont work. pls help. i'd appreciate it very much.
