I thought I would post this let me know if the info is of any use to you thanks!!! and if you encountered similar things with your cables and software! I passed this info onto my mates who now tell there mates and so on.....

😎 I got my 6630 with the cable and software but after a few times of using them, the cable kept dying on me and the sofware was unresponsive :icon13: so I went out and bought a Bluetooth usb reciever 25 you can buy cheaper!! :icon14: starting at 15 depending on make! :icon4:

Now anything i download to my pc i just send to my phone via bluetooth music, videos, apps they store as messages but if you go to open message it automatically stores the app/movie/music to the correct place.

Also doing this enables you to have full length vids on your handset i.e I downloaded some hilarious clips from the net when they went through the cable to my handset they would only copy 10 secs to my phone missing all the best bits but with the bluetooth usb reciever i can get the full thing and it takes seconds to transfer it took approx 3 secs to transfer a 4min video.

this bluetooth hardware has changed the way i use ,my phone and i can now have anything i want on it at the full length. my hardware automatically stores all the files that i transfer to my phone so if they get removed by accident i can get them back at a simple click of the mouse!!

Bluetooth really does have it uses......wait until you get a laptop or machine with bluetooth built in and realise how simple it is to link all your devices to it.

If you had an Apple Mac I would suggest BluePhoneElite......it gives you caller ID on your Mac and the ability to send sms from your machine via your phone.....it also has the early stages of proximity services...ie when you take your phone out of range of your laptop/machine it realises and turns on your screensaver and can set your status on messengers such as iChat to away......its only the begining of that BT proximity can really do but can be very very usefull. There may well be a similar app for windoze based machines so have a google.
