Memory stick duo, "disk corrupt" P800

HEY help! :icon4: :icon4: :icon4: :icon4:

just brought a 256 mb memory stick duo magicgate from ebay and when i put it into my P800 and tri to format it it just ses "disk corrupt"!!! when i put it in my card reader for my pc it reads fine saves and stores files with no problem. why doesnt my P800 like it??

any help would be apprechated!!! :icon4: :icon4: :icon4:

Read the user manual.

You cannot use anything larger than 128mb in a P800 or 900.

Your phone supports memory stick du0. 256mb and over are memory stick duo pro.

Technically, to use anything over 128mb the device needs to support FAT32, the P800 and 900 only support FAT

But in short, you cant use it, no way no how, never, not a chane, no way, nu huh, nope

This topic has been discussed time and time again in this and every other forum around.
