hope someone can help me here.
everytime i start my phone, 'memory low. delete some data' message comes out asking me to close some app.
i have checked my mem usage in TOOLS > FILE MANAGER > OPTIONS > MEMORY DETAILS
Result = Mem. in use 9528kb. Free 500kb.
I tried using task spy but there are no weird apps. have also revealed hidden apps.
What could be the problem is that i have been using AGILE MOBILE alot. and sending a few pictures and also using voice chat. If that could be the reason, then how can i FREE this memory?

The other thing that eats the internal memory up is the messaging application. If you move all your SMS, MMS and emails to the memory card, you'll free up a lot of space on the phone's memory.

go to messaging, press options go to settings, other, memory in use, select the memory card, then say yes copy old messages, then say no to keep them, it will move them to the memory card and free space up on ur phone memory

hi there, i tried that but it doesnt get rid of MEM IN USE. its still 9536kbs.
do u know how to free this memory?

ok make sure all your pics from the camera are stored on the memory card, and videos etc, when u open the gallery all your pics should have a lil memory card icon on the side, that means they are on the memory card. to move them to the memory card do this, open gallery open the images, click options then mark,mark all then organise, and move to memory card, then go to your camera app and set it to capture to the memory card

hi did exactly that double checked all is in memory card now. i still got 7860kb mem in use. hey mafia, i was wondering if the majority of the memory is taken up by agile mobile. i was doing alot of voice sendings n also took 3-4 pictures. this problem never occured till i was using this function. anyway u can help me confirm that? thanks so much for ur help so far.
How many apps have you got on the phone's memory versus the card's memory?
I install Agile on my memory card, then it puts any temp files on there as well. With *everything* pointing to the memory card, I've got 6,200KB free on the phone.
I had a similar problem.
I have found with this phone and the 6630, that taking everything off the phone, formating phone and memory card, then adding back on one by one helps.
Since doing this and on the 6630 i've had no problems
OR.... you could just have everything on the memory card from the begining or move it now?

stuclark wat i did. i removed agilemobile on phone (initially installed in phone) and install it again in memory. Totaly memory in used is 7000 over kbs.

The only purpose that will serve is to empty the phones storage space the System Ram is a totally different memory space. Install a program like TaskSpy and see whats using what.
