cracked cover....replacement?

They arent available as an accessory. You will have to send it to a service repair centre for an Out Of Warranty cosmetic damage repair. Call the service centre for a quote.

The phone is less than a month old, but I take it that cosmetic damage isnt covered by the warranty.

I wonder if they would mail me a replacement cover to save me loosing my phone for a month :/

actually could be under warranty, depends on if ur warranty provider covers that in the warranty.

It's highly unlikely it's covered by warranty, but Sendo will repair it as an out of warranty repair. (don't know what the cost would be though)

Then I'm interested too. I asked if they could get me a new cover because of a lot of scratches on the screen, but I simply didn't got an answer...

�58.75 would be the default cost for any out of warenty repair on a Sendo X in the UK. 😞

If you use a display polish be aware, that you have to use much pressure to get rid of the - what i call - screen surface protection. It is in fact causing this "rainbow effect" on the screen in sunlight. You can easily (in some hours) polish it away. BUT after that, your screen is much more "softer" and will become scratched more easily.
