P910 & OSX Tiger isync

There have been a number of posting in the Apple forums and in Esato relating to this. My experience was that I was able to track the problem to data problems in my calendar and address book. The short answer is that with some effort, basically making backups and pruning your data methodically trying to load first one half and then the other and then repeating until you isolate the problem records.

I have also seen a postings on Esato which indicate that pictures in the address book and large notes in the calendar, originating from Entourage including email in the case of one user, are the source of some problems.

iSync is much faster than previous releases once you get around these problems. I strongly recommend trying to delving deeper. In my case it took close to three hours but iSync is once again working and it is much faster and reliable than under the releases which preceeded Tiger.

What were your issues exactly, if you don't mind me asking?

I set up teh Mac from new last week, and used iSync, whch worked fine, everything as great. But I really wanted to Entourage, due to its wider range of functions, so bought PocketMac Gobetween, which basically, syncs with iCal, so its impors all teh data from there.

No, I can't it to sync at all, even tried uninstalling Gobetween, but the phone and Mac will still not sync.

Any ideas?
