I bought nokia 6680 3 weeks ago it was working fine for 3 days then when I want to dail from my dailing numbers or my contact list I CAN'T I keep pressing on the name but it doesnt work . I have to restart my phone so, it can be normal again

I went to service center of the phone shop that I bought from they said to me because my sim card is preparid type so, thats why is happens. then I asked my friend and he told me that lied to me.

so, I need some experts opinion because if there is something wrong with my phone I'll go to the shop and get my money back 😡

and one more thing, there is a code where u can know from which country is your phone is manufacture mine is 00 and it say: made in Finland

please give me some advise.

Same Problem was happning with me too and when i reach the Nokia Care. THEY RESTART IT AND SAID THIS IS NORMAL PROB.
Now We Are Spending Money to get this response.
I Think the Next firmware would correct this error.

**I have posted this also in another thread **

Hi, I upgraded to the Nokia 6680 at the beginning of June, and was using my same sim card. I started to experience the same problems, and i was continually calling myself from my land line to test it, and it frequently went straight to voice mail, even thought phone was beside me, switched on and with full signal!!

I took it back to Vodafone and they gave me a new one with a new sim card this time to elimanate all possibilities!!
The problem is still occuring, with both Calls and SMS, and sometimes i would go to make an outgoing call and it would not connect at all.

My phone is made in Finland and has firmware version 3.04.11 14-04-05 RM-36

Has anyone any suggestions, as i love the phone and this is becoming a major inconvience as i keep missing calls. The only way i can kick the phone to like is to either switch it off and on again, or to put it into offline mode and then back into normal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
