6680 Possible to set Password on MMC?!?

One other thing.....

Previous to gettin my 6680 I had a 6600.
On the 6600 it was possible to set a memory card password. I had to set one when the OS was updated, otherwise the phone would have rejected the MMC.

I can't find where to set one on the 6680 unless i've missed it totally! 🙄

Anyone know how to set a p/w?

While i'm at it. Any recommendations for security apps for protecting folders etc.?

Thanks guys. 😃

I must still be asleep, but I cant find a way to set a PW either. The Memory application doesn't seem to have an option to set a PW on MMC card?

Anyway. To secure sensitive data, I use Handy Safe by Epocware. I bought it in my 7650 days and has migrated with me to my current 6680. Works perfectly 🙄

Have a look at it here

Indeed! I hadn't realized it (because I don't password protect my MMC), but the "Memory" app on the 6680 doesn't appear to have the password option at all. Strange.
