Silly question - How do I upgrade my 7710 frmware?
Send/take the phone to your nearest Nokia authorized service center and ask them to do it.
No do-it-yourself way execept by buying relatively expensive flashing equipment and finding illegally distributed copies of ROM image files for the phone.
