i want to upgrade my firmware from 13 to 15
so i downloaded the file
i open it every thing is normal
even my sx 1 is recognized but then
there appears a message which tells me taht i dont have the rigt phone...
i tried all other versins of 15 but it doesn't work
what can i do???

Hi, I have upgraded my firmware without any problems.
Are u sure, u have follow all the instructions from siemens.com?
are you sure u have downloaded the RIGHT firmware, depending information about the old one? if not, check the instructions on siemens.com and how can u obtain such information from your phone. Good Luck.
P.s I'm not really happy after my update.
My phone are faster, but the new firmware have other bugs, wich are known, but still no fix for them ;-/
My advice is, 1st to search what problems this "update" has, and then ... u will deside 😊
