Looks like nothing a few tins of spray paint and some masking tape won't fix 😉

I assume it needs removing to put the 9500 in a cradle?

Don't buy this if you use a cradle. Personally, I just leave Bluetooth on and the 9500 auto-connects to PC Suite whenever I'm in the same room 8-)
