Hi all,
I used to be able to sync my A1000 with iSync in Mac OS 10.3 but it won't work in 10.4.
I tried making a new folder in /501 called SyncServices and sticking a copy of the SymbianConduit file that I used to use, I thought this would carry on tricking iSync into thinking it's a P900 but no joy. iSync recognises straight away that it's an A1000 and helpfully tells me it's not compatible.

Has anyone cleverer than I found out how to sync?

Why couldn't Apple of included the A1000 in the last update... they could of just done the P900 'fiddle'
This of course has happened after the phone crashed and lost all my contacts!

mate - you can do it, and its easier than in 10.3...

and that'll see you right. HOWEVER - its all a bit touch and go: when i first did it i managed to sync all my contacts, no ical. Then it wouldn't sync contacts at all. So only a partial success. There are lots ofpeople out there posting who have no problems at all though.
