Can't BACKUP !

i can't backup my P900 using int's backup software , and i don't know why !!!!
it says Restarting the phone , the phone restarts itself , the says CONNECTING , then CONNECTED , and then nothing !
what should i do ?

have you just installed something like magicprofiles pro? I have had problems like that, in the end, I updated the version of pc suite (to a portuguese version!), and specifically with Magic Profiles Pro, disabled it before starting the software.

Other apps may take over the startup process, so experiment with that too.
