Tom Tom Mobile 5 *help*

I've just been given Tom Tom Mobile 5 for GB and are having a few unexpected problems with getting it to work.

All the information is on the SD card, but I don't see the two hands logo on the screen, only two "default" jigsaw pieces, one stating TTMOBILE and one stating TTNAVCONTACTS, then when either is selected I get an system error message.

Any ideas?

Any help would be really be appricated.

Sorry mate, but TomTom 5 isn't Sendo friendly - the current X is too old to run it. You may want to have a look at the alternative thread on Route 66.
