How to manage everything in Symbian 60?

My wife has Nokia 7610 and I'll soon be getting 6682. Both of these phones are Symbian OS and coming from Treo 650 (by the way even though the phone is an awesome idea, it has not been "finished" before they shipped it out), I know nothing about Symbian OS.

How and where to is the software installed?
How and where do you create folders and how to best organize them?
Where should stuff be put - phone memory or MMC card?

I'm interested in some kind of HOW TO for Symbian 60 OS. Does anyone knows where to find such guide?

Read also the phone's User's Guide carefully. Most of the basic things are explained there.
