cannot restore the backupfile

hi ,

I took a latest backup and flashed the memory of the phone , now when i try to restore the phone ,its either giving me error or its restoring the previous backup , is there a way to get my contacts back , please help me guys

Try to restore using the file-by-file method, rather than the "whole drive" method.
There is an issue in PC Connect that sometimes causes this, which is fixed on the next version. Backup/Restore via memory card is not affected by this problem.
