When I first bought my handphone, I've installed the Data Suite. All worked well - I could transfer pictures and receive MP3s to my phone successfully.
However, a problem arise recently. After connecting the USB cable from PC to phone, the MRouter indicates that my USB is connected. But not the cable.
The Data Suite will then do a back-up for my phone. Then, a transfer of pictures takes place. However, instead of transferring all the pictures in the phone (like it always does) to the PC, only 1 or 2 pictures are copied. Other pictures will not be transferred.
I thought there may be a problem with the USB. So I tried transferring MP3s to the phone. Surprisingly, there is no problem with transferring MP3s.
I am really confused now, as I do not know how to solve this problem.
