my friends can't hear my voice — Nokia 3650, 3660, and 3620

Good day,

it's been too long now that i never login to tis forum. i've got the problem with my 3650 phone. when i make a call or recieved a call my friends can't hear my voice.

tried to format my phone twice but it still won't works.

how?

If reformatting doesn't solve it, then a Nokia repair center is probably your only option (besides getting a new phone).

U have damaged microphone, there is no doubt, replace it by self or find nearest Nokia SC..
