Ok, what and where on the CD is the .sis file for profiles, it's not funny, I can't find it anywhere and after installing all_nokia_9210.sis and memory_card.sis it's not on there. Where is the damn thing. And why does neither the CD or manual help me here.

if the profile.sis is not in the all_nokia_9210_data.sis, then I could send you the for 4 files that are required by mail. How does that sound?

Here's the odd bit, as a last ditch attempt in the early hours of this morning, around 3am, I decided to remove all_nokia_9210.sis and re-install it and see what happens, lo-and-behold, it's there! WoooHoooo! After re-installing the PC suite the phone is running perfectly again.
