had try out the auto keypad lock on 7610 through the below download http://www.symplification.com/s60software/freeapps/jjlkeylock

Found out it won't work each time HP is power cycle (switch off and on). After power cycle, i need to access to that program. Then only it works.. Pls feedback.. of u have better freeware keypad lock program to recommand. TQ

try autolock
this does not need to be run manually on each boot as it gets run during the phone's startup procedures.

do u mean the auto phone lock? No..no.. i found out that it is not as usefull as auto keylock. Is 2 different thing and usage. Any 1 have any comment pls

Try installing application "Auto Exec" or something like that where you can choose which applications will start at the start up.

no there is an application called AutoLock
it is run automatically from startup and locks the keypad after a specified time period

looks complicated. Need to modify the boot sequence. If not proper done, it will be problem

Use Easy Lock, it is free and has autostartup

hihi, can anyone pls tell me if we can edit the settings of the auto time lock? i.e. "make" the auto lock to be activated at (for eg) 2 mins instead of the default 1 min? seems that i cant find it. help is greatly appreciated!!!
