Recordings as ringtones

Hello, is it just me of is the sendo x incapable of setting a recorded clip as a ringtone??? It shows that the clip has been set as a ringtone, but when somebody calls the phone the clip plays for a split second, then reverts to the sendo ring tone, i have tried everything and have no solution to this problem, pleaseeeee help meeeeeee, Stacy xxx :icon13: 😡 bloody sendo

Were the recordings made using the built in sound recorder?

Which firmware version are you using?

Try placing the recording on the MAIN memory, not a memory card. I think that is where the problem is.
