PC Connect won't install

I dunno if this is specific to my computer, but I'm trying to install PCConnect on a new computer to do the firmware upgrade and setup.exe just won't launch. The odd thing is that when I shut down Windows, the setup program suddenly launches then Windows shuts down. Any help? Thanks!

Hi, first, you do not need to use PC Connect for the upgrade. Download the pack, extract it, then, when asked for drivers by windows, point it to the C:\SendoXUpdate folder, where the SPECIAL drivers are for the upgrade.
