better frame rates smartmovie with new firmware

I've noticed that too. Out of 3 small movie clips that i had created to test smartmovie with the old firwmare, 2 are now playing almost perfectly smoothly with the new firmware while they were really stutering with the old one. I'll try to find the proper settings for the encoder tomorrow if i can find some time between 2 bugs fixes (fixing
bugs too here and hope that we don't end up like Sendo 🙄 ).

My notice: (tested on very action scene)

- Portrait
- reduce frames enabled
- xViD encoder
- 128 kbps
- crop mode: Medium

Audio:
- enabled of course
- force mono
- frequency 24 000 Hz
- bitrate 24 kbps
- volume boost 150 %
