Can't find this folder

Hello. I am having trouble trying to run the emulator and VC++.NET and in the comand line. Could anyone help me on this?

Here's the error I get on the command line:

ERROR: File "C:\Symbian\7.0s\Series60_v21\epoc32\release\winscw\udeb\epoc.exe" not found

the EPOCROOT environment variable does not identify
a valid Symbian emulator installation on this drive.
EPOCROOT must be an absolute path to an existing
directory - it should have no drive qualifier and should
end with a backslash

Note the folder winscw there's no such folder in my installation!! How can I solve this. I've taken care of the environment variables so that's out of the problem.

Well... what I downloaded is the the Series 60 SDK for Symbian OS 2nd Ed, Visual Studio & .NET. Hmm... thanks anyway...
But why does it say it's for .NET if it's for CodeWarrior. Well this sucks.... I'll have to download again...
