hi users

i have n-gage

when i turned it on a white screen appear and remain for ever

i want a solution

i tried to format it by the known way which is

pressing 3 * and the green button and swich on

with holding the three butons together until

( memory full ) appear

the word ( formating ) never appear on the screen why?

is there another way?

please help me

The N-Gage can't be formatted with 3+*+green. It can only be formatted with typing *#7370# on the standby screen.

However, if you can't get that far, then your only option is to send/take it to your nearest Nokia authorized service center for being flashed with whatever is the latest firmware release.
