Since Sendo is in administration and my now 2 months old Sendo X has mucho problems with the microphone. I'm now forced to use the headset. The bad thing is that i would like to use my mobile without an headset. Can somebody mention what i can do since i need a repair service...??? How can the microphone fixed? Have i also my 2 years warranty? Who repairs it now? Can somebody give me a hint?
Would be cool to read something, thanks in advance.

If I were you, I would try phoning Sendo directly (the number is on their website) and put the question directly to them.
It's unlikely that warranties are going to get honoured in the long term, so act now before all the old Sendo people disappear (or start working for Motorola)

My microphone has gone for the second time now :frown:
I'm looking for a phone number on the Sendo website but cannot find one.
I picked up the paperwork from the previous repair and gave them a ring (Intec Celluar services). He said to give Sendo a call, and gave me their number. However all I get is a recorded message saying to get in touch with the receivers.
I'm also a little concerned about sending my phone to the service centre, as if they are owed monies from Sendo, they may try to keep stock in Lieu of payment. (sounds silly, buts its what happened when MG Rover went bust!)
I might have to dig out my Torx screwdriver and have a go at fixing it myself...

Could you guys keep us posted in this thread, namely about what the Sendo representatives told you (like where to send it to and stuff) since I was planning to send it to a repair center for the same problem as well.
Thanks for the number stuclark. I give them too a call tomorrow. I hope this ends good, since i like the Sendo X very much. I know some errors, but i think they are not really the big one...

I called the number given above. There was a choice which business do you want. 'sendo' or 'motorola'. easy choice 😊 number 1 'sendo'. then there was a tape which tells you that sendo is in administration and some more things i can't hold in my brain. sorry for that. i also didn't understand all, since i'm german. after the answering machine ending the line was dropped by it. no one personal to speak i think.
i'm not very happy with this situation, since i cannot reach someone who can help me out with my broken handset. 😞 can anyone help me out here? 😊

Yes, that page is inactive. I posted a thread a few days ago when I was looking for a service centre to go to and encountered the inactive page.
Maybe one of the Sendo representatives online (plinkykev and others) ,on this board can shine a light on this case, since it is a problem that has been fixed by Sendo in the recent past?
If the problem is the mic there's another thread that explains how to fix it.
I did that month's ago and still work's 😃

Hi i'm here again. Since i bought the mobile with a vodafone contract, i went to my local vodafone dealer and asked what i should do. He stated that he take care of the microphone problem. I think he only cleans the contacts. Thats all now. More tomorrow when i got the handset back.
