PROBLEM!! I cannot update my Sendo X - FRENCH RELEASE!!

Did you get the phone to upgrade it's firmware successfully, but then previously installed apps. didn't work?

Did the phone refuse to update to 78F (the latest firmware)?

Did you re-format the phone before and after the firmware upgrade (as recommended) then try to restore your settings from backup?

I have personally tested the French release and have not had any problems with it 😊

I cannot get my phone to sync to my mRouter when in update mode. I reinstalled everything. So this is where I am. I did clewar the memory and tried everything else. I am stuck. I have the 0X000-FRENCH Sendo X

What do I do now?

I can connect using PC connect now but not in when the Sendo X is in update mode (*)....

I had that problem once and i reinstalled the usb drivers and that solved my problem. When you connect you sendo to the computer do you get a window that says new hardware found. If so then click on that and then say install from a specific location (hopefully the usb drivers should be in your C drive under the sendoXupdate folder.) Type that in and let the computer search that directory for the driver. After that it should work. Good luck.

Yes, it sounds like a driver problem - when in update mode, the phone needs different USB drivers, which are shipped with the update packages.

You'll find the correct USB drivers in C:\SendoXUpdate once you've extracted the firmware update package.
