I downloaded setting from tmobile, nokia, and put them in maually from n-gage.com. Whenever i try to connect i get "web :connection timed out" i can never get to any website. the only solution i had is to have a globe network first, if you are already a subscriber then do the following: key in "go ngage" and then send it to 2951. Wait for a reply , you will recieve a gprs setting and an mms setting, save this two and it will automatically enlisted on your mobile. But make sure you have a load while registering, a minimum of P5.00 i think. This is the fastest way i know and i hope it will work on your mobile too. Good luck!

Call T-Mobile customer care and they should be able to take care of your problem.
Maybe he means type 'go ngage' as a text message and then send it to 2951?
