Hi there.
Today i finally got my new cell. It's a wonderful 6680.
I have some small question for you experienced tweakers:
1) Is there a way to lock phone? i mean a five digits keycode i should entry at any time for locking my cell; a keycode i should entry every time i tuen on my device
2) can anyone please suggest if it's possible to use more visible fonts? they look too small for my old eyes...
3) where to find additional themes? Maybe for free? 😊

1) menu > Tools > Settings > Security > Phone and SIM
- PIN code request: On
- Autolock period: User defined...
- Lock code: [default is 12345; change to something else and *DO NOT* forget what it is]
- Lock if SIM changed: Yes

do you mean your font is 'thin'? if its thin you have the chinese version of the unit, you cant possibly tweak the fonts. what you have to do is have your phone's firmware flashed at any nokia center (free if under warranty)

What i mean it that i can hardly see my SMS's text when writing.
I have installed and executed Font Remover and installed Tahoma.sis.
All is OK except those :icon13: small fonts in SMS's text....

i never liked those font removers, it causes problems, have you tried to reset your phone to its factory settings? this might solve the font problem, but mind you it 'may' erase a lot of data, BACK UP and try to do reset or hard reset. for resetting read the manual or for hard reset *#7370# (again this will delete all data on your phone)

i'm a bit afraid of it...
if i simply could install a larger font for SMS's text.....

Install FExplorer (www.gosymbian.com) Navigate to C:\System and delete the "Fonts" folder. Restart your phone, then the original fonts are back.

if u have installed the new fonts, u can't deleted it like that as it will stated font in used, u need font remover to do that.
i didn't like default fonts so i installed TAHOMA.SIS; i like this font but SMS's fonts are so small! I uninstalled via font remover TAHOMA font and now default SMS's fonts are there, a little readable but not so neat.
any help?
