Could someone help me? I just bought a nokia 6670. I want to connect it to my computer. I installed the usb driver and the pc suite inside it. But when I connect my phone to my computer, the computer is always saying that it is an usb unknown device. I've tried to istall the usb driver again and the one from the nokia site but now, the driver requires me at least service pack 1 for my windows xp. I visited microsoft and updated my service pack and even install an office 2003 service pack 1 but still, the same thing happend.
What could be the problem? Is it in my computer or the driver or the pc suite?
Pls help me. I thankfully appreciate it.

I�ve got my 6670 10 days ago and it works fine. To solve your problem, I need to know some things about your equipment.
What operating system do you use at the moment? Microsoft requires SP2 for XP as standard and this is what I have. Is there any reason for you not to install it?
Did you try to connect your 6670 to another PC? Though I consider it unlikely I cannot totally exclude a problem with the phone or the USB-cable.
Maybe you have a hardware problem with the USB port. Pleae check whether it works with another USB-device. If you never used your USB-Ports before please make sure they�re activated in your Computer�s BIOS.

what version of pc suite are you using, as the latest does not require a separate install of the drivers as it is all done automatically
