It doesn't work in the same way as it did with the old firmware. When you add a link with Application Link, nothing seems to happen. But actually, if you go to the pane settings, you'll see a new setting called App Links. Click on that and here you can select which application link you want to have in this pane. You first need to add the links by using the Application Link menu item in the Options menu.
If somebody could explain me what is the logic behind that i would be very grateful.
And, the "App Links" has a tendency to get littered with multiple instances of links. Like initially before I discovered this feature, I kept adding links to a pane repeatedly as they weren't showing. Later when I found out the "App Links" menu, it was full of duplicates😡. Any idea on how to manually clean the mess.
Cheers,
Keith

Whenever you add a link with the Application Link command, a .lnk file (e.g. Clock.lnk for a link to the Clock application) is created in the C:\System\favourites folder. Use a file explorer such as FExplorer, navigate to this folder and delete the duplicates.
Alternatively, add all the duplicates to a pane, then delete the links one by one with the Delete Link command. The link will disapear from both the pane and the App Links list.
