can someone plz help me.
i am just about satisfied with my nokia 6630 since i bought it yesterday but its very complicated.
i recently downloaded a few mp3 tracks from another phone via bluetooth, everytime when the file is transfered to my phone, it gets sent straight to the message folder.
sure i can listen to the track but the problem is that i can't set it as a ringtone when it is in the messages folder which is the main reason why i downloaded it.
I tried everything to see if i could find a way to transfer the tracks to my music folder but i can't seem to do it
not only does it happen to the mp3 tracks, it happens to all the video files i receive....straight to the message folder 😡 .
Can anyone plz tell if there is a way to to fix this problem coz i'm really clueless :frown:
I even downloaded the crazy frog video today but it just goes straight to the message folder, i can't even set that as a ringtone.
Any help would be well appreciated

Why didnt u save locally these files?
Open the files then select options/save and put them whereever you want, for ringtones they need to go in the sounds/digital folder.

you also have to make sure you stop the file before you can save it, **full guide** from your message inbox open your new mp3 or video file, realplayer will now start up and begin to play your new downloaded file, you must stop the playback (not pause you must stop) then go to options -> save -> then select either your phone memory or memory card and your file will now be saved to your gallery. locating the file in the gallery now enables you to send, set as ringtones etc
