Anyone ever encounter "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer." after hard reseting the phone with *#7370# ?

Hi Mike, haven't seen you around in a while!

I feel so lucky that it only took a day to get my phone fixed and upgraded. :P

Did you read FAQ? I think not...you did not wait long enough before taking battery out (it might take several minutes to format phone).

Also keep phone in charger when doing hard-reset!!
