Help 6620 using DIAL-UP! please

I have spent the last couple hours reading all the old post pertaining to using the nokia 6620 as a modem and to no avail. Can anyone tell me if its possible to do what I am trying to do and how? First things first I can use my nokia 6620 with bluetooth to connect to the internet using the PC site one touch access no problem. However this charges me money depending on the amount of data I download I am presuming since I am using ATT/cingular. What I wanted to do instead was to setup my 6620 as a modem on my computer and thus use it as a dial up connection then costing me only the cost of a regular phone call. I went ahead and setup this connection which install the phone as a "Standard 36000 BPS modem" ok so I thought I was set. What complicates the matter is I am testing it using my parents aol account which would seem like no problem. I start up the aol software and cant seem to find the modem which doesnt make sense since I see it in the Phone and Modems under control panel, but its all the way at COM 40. but owe well I am thinking maybe the modem doesnt like AOL software, fare enough. Well I just click on my bluetooth manager and double click my phone connection to start up a dial up connection, I just enter my house number to see if it would even dial, I see the phone light up for a second then disconect which seems strange to me. I am using an ASUS w3v notebook with a built in toshiba blue tooth. I am just wondering what am I doing wrong? I used to be able to use my phone as a modem fine with my old phone I just dont understand whats all the nonsense now with this one. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Also I tried using the USB cable and it connects to my phone and installs the modem fine. But I can the same connect and disconect problem. I dont know why it cant make the phone call.

Cingular disables CSD data access to force you to have to use GPRS since they charge more for it. I had a Siemens S46 that had the same capabilities but was never able to use it.

Cingular does offer the Media Works package which is unlimited data.
