Bumper not removable?

I was messin around with my new n-gage qd and wondered if the bumper could come off. I tried to pry it off after hearing multiple snapping noises and like 6 broken pieces it came off. Didnt want that to happen but at first it wouldnt pop back in. So where can i get a replacement? and how would i put it on

Unfortunately you cannot replace teh rubber, you actually need to get Nokia to send you an entire new phone. There is an apparently flaw where over time under heat, the rubber expands and cannot be put back. If it currently is broken then you will need to send it back.
