I have a sendo x.
It show "imposible usar tarjeta SIM".
I think it need unlocked.
Who can unlock it?

You have a Telefonica handset (Spanish network) - they may have SIM locked the phone to only accept their SIM cards. If that is the case, you'll need to find someone who can unlock it for you.

You can try, but I don't think that a firmware upgrade will disable the SIM lock.
