Orange swapped my 6630 for me a few minutes ago as it was rebooting every time I pressed the number buttons and some applications such as contacts immediatley crashed.
Unfortunately instead of restoring my contacts an applications I have restored new the phone to how my previous one was (ie not working!). I can't face the embarasment of phoning orange again. Can anyone advise how to do a hard reset without using the number keys?
