I am looking for the keycode of the jogdial wheel !

jog dial up = Command Button 1 (a la Series 80 CBA buttons, use thos constants)
jog dial down = CBA2
Jog dial forward is CBA3
jog dial back is CBA4
jog dial push in is enter
