One of the things that more annoys me and that in this new firmware was not altered is the sound of the alarm.
Will it be that no creator of the new themes gets with her art to change that sound?

Edit: Sorry, didn't read your post carefully. I don't know any program that can change the alarm sound.

Okay i changed the default theme with a new alarm tone.

Only install on X1.198.8.2 firmware! Others will not run!

1. Backup your handset! Importent!

2. Install the SIS file on your C drive.

3. Select the New Alarm theme from Settings.

Thats all. New Alarm is installed. Sorry you must live with the default theme (Spiro). I tested it here. The Alarm works for me.

PS: It's not 1405kb, its 140kb.

Murphy, that's great.. How did you made this? Could you please get those files and source codes.. Coz, I want a new alarm sound in the Surfer theme..

Hello All,

I'm using SmartProfiles 1.06 to change alarm sound. It works pretty fine, and it's possible to assign a special sound for clock alarm and calendar appointments 😊

Well, my version of OggPlay (I think I might call it 1.091) woke me up this morning by playing an ogg file of my choice (chosen the night before, obviously) 😊
