Unnamed contact & restrict coming calls

Hi friend,
I got 9300 phone.I copy contacts to the device.when somebody call it display as UNNAMED contact and show the phone number.How to rectify it.
If I want to restrict some incoming call from a group.How to do? IF the phone do not support any third party application to install.

If the phone shows the number, but you think the name should be in the phone's contacts list, then in all likelihood there are more than one contacts with the same number stored in the phone. Delete/remove the "extra" contacts and all should be fine.
