Originally I was planning to buy Nokia 6630. But I saw that I can get Nokia 6600 at half that price. I want to know are there significant differences between these two phones ?
I am looking for these features in a phone :
1. Good MP3 player
2. Ability to download vast applications and java games
3. Easy maintainbility
4. Camera (Not neccessary a high resolution one, I have my digicam for that 😉 )
6600 Owners -> Please let me know of any features of 6600 you do not like and features that you like.
1. for mp3 player go for 6630. 6630 have stereo sound, 6600 is mono...
2. is this topic i think that the two phones are basicly the same... the symbiam OS version is newer on 6630, but you can install a lot of games and apps on both, and most of them are compatible with the 2 phones...
3. i don�t know what you mean by "Easy maintainbility"...
4. nokia 6600 cam is VGA (640x480), nokia 6630 cam is 1.3megapixel (1280x960)
nokia 6630 is much better than 6600, and curiously on vodafone the 6630 is now cheaper than 6600 (lol!)
6630 > 200�
6600 > 250�

i had a 6600 for over a year, then i got a 6630. i thought no phone could beat 6600 but 6630 is alot better in many ways. id go for the 6630 any day.

I can second that. the only plus point for the 6600 at the moment is cheap memory, ie 1gb MMC for around �20 whereas the newer RS DV type will cost around �50 for the largest currently available at 512mb.
