does anyone know what Welcome Installer is for?

when i bought my 7610 the salesman loaded my mmc with alot of programs, now i don't have much space for anything else.

i have :

UltraMP3
Kodak Pictures
Print
Video Editor
Lifeblog
Opera
Setting Wizard
Welcome Installer
FE Explorer
FSCaller

except for ultramp3 and fe explorer, i don't even know what the rest are for.
i'm curious about the "welcome installer" the most as when i try to open it, it asks me whether i want to install it or not.

any help? :frown:

thanx in advance~
